What will my authentication process be like following this new system?


Step 1: Everything will be the same as until now, with the exception that with the new option enabled by FI Tech we will have an additional screen that will request more information (verification method and phone number registration).



Step 2: Next, we select the option underlined in yellow "I want to set up a different method" and click the "Phone" option.




 


 

We will indicate an authentication method (SMS) “Text me a code”and the corporate number that each one has assigned.


Step 3: We will receive a text message to the indicated mobile phone that will contain a verification code. Later, we will have to write that verification code in the login interface to finish the process.


This check will not have to be carried out while the session remains active (Active sessions have a duration of 30 days, unless the password is changed, the device is changed or the application from which it is being accessed is reinstalled). To re-access we must authenticate using the code that will be received again.
